They could have obtained grants but my thoughts are that the Phase II trial is dead in the water at this stage, as no one is talking on either side of the venture. If there was something happening, you could be assured that Craig would be out front promoting it every chance he got.

Craig Goodwin need's to step down as CEO ASAP !! This Guy can go off in a multitude of differant directions with nothing to show at the end of it ? Just more dept .
