They cannot even handle your money, do you actually trust them to manufacture your food? I doubt they will even get the full private placement. Just last month the directors were loaning the company more money to stay afloat. not a good sign in the investment world. I don't want to slam them, but just being real. Value $.03, if that. Hahahahahahahahahaha! Such a reassuring reason as to why they need other peoples' money yet again. Weren't they supposed to be cash flow positive back in 2016 already. At this point anyone buying this that has been around for any significant amount of time is one big sucker imho. Goodwin sure knows how to not create actual shareholder value.
