I think jail is a pipedream. It is completely legal to make a healthy living running forward looking statement ventures. Any one of us could do the same. I personally wouldn't do it but I am only me. It's too bad that most are only out for self enrichment before any shareholder enrichment but that is the way it is imho.I blame the government agencies, not the one's who take advantage
