Gold mining consultant Surbiton Associates was said to have possibly outlined the recent report, and also claimed to show a record of approximately 328 tons of gold production in the 2019-2020 financial year. This appears to be a record for any 12-month period and might be worth around $25 billion at the average gold price for the period.
But there is one specific province of Australia that could have the strongest path towards success. These other companies appear to be the most prolific gold territories for exploration and production ever since the 1850s, and could potentially be the largest gold producing area in Australia with a possible gold endowment exceeding about 3,160 tons.
