Canada Silver Cobalt Works Must Be Near Bankruptcy

While other Cobalt companies have seen a major improvement in their share price, Canada Silver Cobalt Works continues to hover at record low levels, raising questions whether or not they are on a brink of bankruptcy.

Even with recent string of good news and Cobalt futures expected to get higher, this company's stock continues to be a laggard.

What's wrong with this company lately?
