Now For A Different Point Of View!

I posted this message to my friend, Martyboss, today on the Rockcliff Metals, and Hudbay Stockhouse websites:

(once Hudbay is taken out, their shareholders will have to buy something else. Why not CCW?)

"Martyboss, Hudbay should continue to do well, over time. It's odd though that their managment is begging for a take-over offer! It does makes you wonder just how well, things are really going on there. But the market doesn't seem to mind. Their share price has risen sharply!

I sold my HBM shares and decided to go bottom fishing. I purchased CCW (Canada Silver Cobalt)

I might have to wait for awhile before I get some nibbles. But that is the nature of the game.

But as with Rockcliff Metals, the first one back, in the biggest way, catches the largest fish!

When I sold, I doubled my money on that one!

It's always a gamble to buy a junior explorer. There are many others to consider!

But to make the most money, you have to make a choice! And you have to buy in at the bottom!

CCW also has a unique environmentally friendly proprietary Re-2Ox process, adapable to many different metals, according to their customer's needs, to recycle old batteries and mining tailings that doesn't involve any need for smelting. The company is working on a pilot project. The old method of burning scrap metal often results in large amounts of poisonous arsenic, spewed out into the atmosphere.

Soon that will be old technology! Times are changing!

And recycling old mining tailings, isn't a new idea! Hudbay plans to do it in Snow Lake!

The Canadian federal government is spending billions, with tax credits, on future battery production in this country. They are now forced to compete with the Americans who are doing the very same thing, but on a much larger scale, south of our border!

These car batteries weigh many hundreds of kilograms each! They will have to be recycled when they become junk.

So perhaps in the near future, these same, environmentally focused governing bodies, federal or provincial, may also consider contributing large sums of money or equally sized tax credits to the operator of a larger scale, more environmentally friendly, commercial size, battery re-processing plant!

Time will tell!

But CCW already has their unique, new technology, ready to go! They have the pilot mill that proves it!

It is also adaptable to any customer's needs! Many different metals may now be efficiently processed on a commercial scale when combined with old mining tailings which are in a plentiful supply!

In the future, the need for additional discarded mining tailings may become less, as car batteries get bigger!

Today many modern mines backfill their tailings into a cement that structurally reinforces their underground workings.

But there are still many old mine workings that never did use, such a creative environmental solution, as their disposal method. In the past, nobody cared!

CCW has a lot going for it! Their potential for the discovery of large amounts of very high grade silver is their main focus (they have the highest grades in the world!)

But they also have access to many properties with the potential to discover, many of the needed battery metals! They have also an interest in discovering gold, copper, cobalt, nickel and lithium.

That covers most of the bases!

If a spin out of some of their properties does occur, shareholders may stand to benefit even more!

Some big miner may decide to make some astute and timely acquisition. Agnico Eagle is not too far away! So are many others!

And some of CCW's silver grades at their Castle project are the highest in the world!

That also impresses me, greatly!

In my mind, excitement is building! Others are not, so prepared to wait!

What better time is there to buy?

Do your own due Dilligence! I have done mine!

I bought 1.4 million shares! Good luck with your Hudbay shares!

                                                           All the best! Java

The main reasons that I chose to invest in Canada Silver Cobalt: 1. CCW has their operational TTL mini-mill and lower floor dore bar pouring facility (originally built by the Ontario government and used many years ago by Agnico and Teck), already available, to process their Castle property's high grade silver, which would serve to provide a significant revenue stream for the company. This ...more

Problem is they never updated the promised resource update! Appears there isn't enough to report! The managemant lacks focus! Alot of us investors have loat plenty!

Ballsofire, why do you consider this to be a problem? Is this kind of matter, what all the bickering on this board is about? I find this question, very odd! From the May 1 press release on Sedar: "...Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. recently discovered a major high-grade silver vein system at Castle East located 1.5 km from its 100%-owned, past-producing Castle Mine near Gowganda in the ...more

I will make one final comment relating to the issue of late press releases. As I learned recently with a late drilling report, when I owned my Rockcliff shares, it is always a possibility that the company may be in active negotiations with a potential purchaser. I doubled my money when my Rockcliff Metals shares were exchanged for those of Hudbay. A big miner  may wish to takeover a ...more

All I'm saying is simply "Show me the money"! If everything is so valuable then sell something instead of doing nothing and the stock tanking!

Nonsense.  Have you been to or seen that facility in Cobalt?  Gino Chittaroni owned it for several decades before making this deal with Frank to take it off his hands.  It is an old, run down, technically dated, white elephant kinda thing.  Agnico and Teck, LONG LONG gone from Cobalt, used it for their assays and testing over 4 decades ago, when there was activity in the area ...more

In the case of CCW, a spin-out would allow the company do a multiple number of private placements without further dilution of the original shareholders. Furthurmore, this procedure also eliminates the need for a roll-back of the original shares. An functional old mill can still process ore and pour silver dore bars. A good revenue stream could provide the capital needed to cover the cost of the ...more

Private placement without dilution? They have 260,000,000 shares out already, so dilution is not, nor has it ever been, a concern of this company.  The RS is coming, regardless of any spin out.  More dilution is also coming, next time Frank raises money at $0.05. That facility is not an "old mill".  It was never any kind of "mill", and still is not.  It is ...more

The company could build a ramp, run a bulk sample at the 'processing facility', initiate a 'contract' mining strategy and then send the ore to a 'contract' mill, at some nearby location. This kind of milling has already been done elsewhere. Why not here? This is still conjecture by me at this point as still I don't have enough information to hazard a guess. But I do ...more

Thanks Marty for the information. I am tied up right now with CCW. There are a lot of properties worth pursuing. But I will still check them out anyway!                                           ...more

321 Gold is a tout site, nothing more.  Bob is old, out of touch, and dated.  He runs that site as a pay for play site;  EVERY company on that site is paying Bob for his coverage and commentary.  Often in shares, so, yeah...not exactly neutral.

What years were those?  1995-1998?

Woops.  Over 400,000,000 shares out there on a fully diluted basis; 130,000,000 warrants!!!??? And we ALL know that THEY sell the shares, and keep the warrants.  Yikes.
