Look at the financials and the amount of stock which has become free trading from last PP - with 260 million shares outstanding, perhaps the writing is on the wall for this one?  The management would like to thank you for your million+ share purchase...

Hey, Javaman:  how do you expect the company to finance the millions of dollars of work required, just to begin to advance any of their projects?  Dilution, dilution, dilution!  Your million + shares will be reduced substantially, and you will wonder how it all happened....

    I was in contact with Wayne recently. The Graal spinout deal is still in the hands of the lawyers and the exchange. The Granada bulk sample has been completed at TTL and is undergoing analysis regarding the results.  There have been a lot of shares traded recently. The average recent price seems to be around 4 cents at the end of each trading day!   A lot of potential new investors may be on holidays. So due a lack of demand, the share price seems stuck at this 4 cent level for now!   However some persons or group is actively buying a lot of these, very cheap shares. It may be that some fund

Yup.  Looks like a great buy until the dilution begins.  Then eveyone who bought in at these prices will look like saps. By the way, Javaman, don't you think you need to disclose to investors on this site that you get paid to promote the company?

If a private placement was used to get some permitting process underway at the Castle mine, Castle East or both, I wouldn't be adverse to such a decision. It would be a very good idea! There are some millions of dollars needed to get this permitting process underway. The application requires a lot of complicated and expensive work to get a smooth approval made!
