We would like to thank you for your continued support with Neuenergy in 2020. COVID-19 has impacted our business as it has done for so many others. It is because of customers like you that keep us going strong. 

Neuenergy has not been available in stores across Canada due to the impacts of COVID-19. We are happy to say a new lot is scheduled for production and will be hitting store shelves in the new year. To help us prepare for the new inventory and the new year ahead, Neuenergy will be on sale at 45% off (while supplies last) as of November 4^th.

For our monthly subscription holders, we are going to pause subscriptions as of November 4^th (sale date). This will help to ensure all customers are getting the discounted pricing. If you wish to have your subscription paused prior to November 4^th, please email [e-mail].

At the time of new inventory, subscriptions will be reactivated as per customer’s request. We will be in touch with each subscription holder prior to that date to authorize reactivation of the monthly subscription.

Thoughts on how this will be received? Sort of taken back by the fact I didn't know about any of this going on. I guess the sell off is just to get any remaining revenue before a new lot is produced? Ed, any banter about if theres changes to formulation or anything that would warrant an entire clear of inventory? I know you're close with ronda

No nothing like that. My understanding is the product is getting near its "stale date" (sell by date ?)or whatever that's called. So it's a way of getting rid of old inventory before new lot comes in.
