Sold Out

Biople lemon SOLD OUT!!!
Comment by GAMOOD2 on Jul 14, 2021 10:59am
I checked 3 days ago and lemon (the only flavour they carry it seems) was sold out in all their stores. Not a good sign.

They carry all 3 flavours on there. Also unless you have a different source it's not sold out everywhere, that's for online sales . Also it wouldn't be worst news if a flavour was sold out everywhere , they would need only fly a small portion of initial order out . There's enough real things to be frustrated with ), there's no need to make something up (the delays). We don' ...more

I thought selling out was a good thing.  That the product especially lemon is well received.  That is twice we have seen the lemon sell out.  The Japanese must especially like lemon.  This looks  like the start of something big even though the sp does not yet show it yet.

Selling out is great lol as long as they keep restocking  it! LOL. Let's GOOOOOOOOO already with shipping the initial order! Then let's get the follow up order out in a  timely fashion (say 30-45? Days) to show the delays were just start up  short term pain for smoother long term gains lol.  It's been 5 weeks since shipping rush order iirc.     ...more

I am fairly sure they started before the rush order came in, they had a few months and the delay was why the rush came in to begin with. There was a debate as to why they could not take inventory they should have already produced to fill the rush order for a while. It is a problem with filling the needed order demand. Even the rush order of a few thousand units took quite some time 1month or more. ...more

At the end of the day we just don't know, and a delay is a delay. However I'm of the other other mindset. Even at lowest stated capacity of 144k a day it doesn't take long at all to get to a "multi million dollar order". My thinking is that whatever caused the delay (ie move to Nevada? Ingredients, packaging ?, testing queue?) delayed it starting which would make the rush ...more

there will be learning pains... call it training. The production would be slower on the first run that the following. On another thing you mentionned, they cannot do same flavors at same time I am sure. They don't need to retool the machines, but they definately have to take apart, clean and reassemble every component before they start another flavor. This would have to all be done ...more

Again the problem I guess is we don't even k ow that one way or the other. Is it one big machine? More than 3 smaller ones? The not knowing is the frustrating part lol. I'm sure these things will become clearer one way or the other with time . I'm still quite pumped . We'll see what happens lol
Comment by CaptainCrunchy on Jul 15, 2021 7:08am
I have tried to be pumped and optimistic. Obviously, you all know that the timeliness/delays and fluffy NR have not inspired confidence, hence, the stock price drop. The execution we spoke of before is what I think everything depends on now. The promises, talks of other potential deals (be it beverages or US or other) seem to be fruitless until they complete what they already have promised and ...more

all been on hold for far too long! These fluffy NRs, almost rather not see them. We want material things now. When that material/real/product that generates revenue getting out.... Everything for the company and stock price will change in a day, seconds even.

I am sure they wouldn't tell us in a news release if issues existed and they couldn't deliver. Part of me just wants wants clarity, even if it is not what I want to hear, and market feels the same. I dunno what the issue is on delivering the initial order, seems it should be out especially if product is accepted in Japan. (Would it not be nice to either here it is shipped, or why not ...more

Pretty sure they will just blame covid.
Comment by ThatBigGinger on Jul 15, 2021 9:01am
what do you mean BLAME covid? The japanese government has been taking the entire country in and out of strict lockdown for the past year and a half. Shutting down and reopening entire cities and banning foreign travel for spectators at the Olympics. What more clarity do you need that its not BLAME when theres an obvious affect on day to day operations in the country we are trying to launch in ...more

You are bang on Ginger, of course covid has something to do with it. Tokyo has highest cases in 6 months. Wouldn't a factory tour be fantastic. We could see the process and daily production numbers. Oh yeah and free samples and a tshirt from the gift shop.
