Well, I thought
that Japan was all pre-cleared and arms wide open for CBD as in Tabletz was one of the few CBD products before they come up with some new stricter rules.
I'm sure I read something to that effect!
Law and policy makers are covering azzes in the US and I would imagine that new rules, regs and hurdles will be happening in Japan too.
Supply is the issue with our end with the reasons unknown. Usually its cash on delivery for this type of operation. Maybe the Japanese want us sweat a little to renegotiate a better price. Maybe their rollout isn't what they expected. Other potential retailers in Japan might have gone with another product. Shelf space is the most expensive real estate in the world for new products and I would guess that Biople has competitors products on shelves that gives consumers options. Maybe Tabletz is overpriced and not in the sweet spot by comparison. If the guys we're dealing with don't put up the cash there is no reason to stockpile a bunch of product. Remember that the liabilitys of shelf life, competition, theft and damage are a risk that is easily avoided by not producing the products unless you have others seeking them. And we should be able to crank these products out to meet expected demand and that is on our end.
Management going awol causes investors to lose faith in their investments. I know his job is to blow sunshine and rainbows but truth is respected and I think most investors can absorb a little bad news explanation.
Another company I am invested in fried a transformer and it had to come from Italy, we were told, which bogged us down for a year when shareholders were expecting production immediately. Could be something like that which investors would understand.
That kind of a nr is better than investors thinking that somebody stole all the cash or killed the guy with the secret formula which is where a lot of minds will wander to.
As far as the beverage option, I tend to think that it is a diversion, although, if we still have an in with Cryopharm, they have cannabinoid infused powder packs and I do believe that consumers are going to change or be initiated to the new legal vice with beverages. I like the form of ready to serve beverages but also see where a powder pack could be very convenient for hikers and such.
C'mon Glen! Shareholders deserve respect! We're getting Rodney Dangerfielded here! Paint my house!!! lol
