So

I googled "cost to list on OTCQB" and "does it cost to list on OTCQB". One said $12k (USD). The other said $14k(USD) with a one time $3k (usd ) registration. Volume is pretty much non existent over there and listing on pinks is free. Even with revs starting to come in there are fixed costs and the need to scale up so while it seems like peanuts it's also a waste of close to $15k that brings no benefit. Pinks is only one tier down (and where most of even the decent OTC companies are).  It changes nothing with the operations of the company and really changes nothing with any US potential volume and/or future thoughts of uplisting. Now if one of these days we could only get some killer multi million $ news lol

in a sense it may be a good thing. One reason to pay and care about where listed is the need to issue shares if they need funds,perhaps now with revenues they don't expect to do so and further dilute or be able to do so internally like the last with tabletz. Just managing unnecessary costs and no intention to dilute and listing irrelevant in the short term. Who knows. I do not expect initial ...more
