Q: Why are not insiders buying at this price point?

Anyone have thoughts on this?

It would be better for option holders to exercise early to provide some funds to the co.

Again why are the shareholders always bailing them out? There is a massive problem.

My only thoughts would be  1. Maybe they can't (cash) or don't feel like buying any at the moment? 2. That only people themselves would k ow why they do or don't do things making asking us for our thoughts less than useless? 3. These questions are Bourne of frustration and don't accomplish anything? Your thoughts?

It's not just insiders that aren't buying! There's a lot of good companies to look at and my guess is that investors want to deal with one that has a breath of life in it. Management arrogance of ignoring shareholders, no response to  e-mails, not even a hint of anything happening.  They can't even come up with an explanation. Competition is always alive and well if ...more

A much better question IMO is where the HEdoubletoothpicks are our orders? I understand and have been very supportive of our growing pains and/or supply line blah blah blah issues, but at some point  you need to push harder and  "let's make things happening"  . Better be before end of month. At least one but hopefully both orders. GLTUA

been growing pains for 10 years Ed what are you talking about. This company is done.

perhaps not done, but one of the things to watch as an investor is how much and when insiders are buying so clearly a good question in general and timely given they would know timelines. So the insiders have no money or just don't feel like buying at the moment, at 2.5 cents...now that is a less than useless response. 100k shares bought as 2.5 cents is $2,500, so they are waiting for what 1 ...more

It is a valid question, and the best options/answers that Ed can come up with are: 1. insiders cant or wont (Ed says maybe they dont "feel" like it?? Why not? They dont feel like making a profit? Based on their insider information, they dont see that a buy at $0.025 is like cash in the bank? Well if they can't, how is anybody else supposed to?) 2. it's a pointless question (no, ...more

Lol it's no surprise inameeting wouldn't understand . I did t come up with "best possible options " lol, but rather merely listed all of them (from no money, to not wanting too, to not being able too) Yes of course it's irrelevant for numerous reasons chief amongst them being asking the wrong people (the board instead of those insiders). Also the market is separate than the ...more

Its pretty obvious. Dont you think? Even with Eds massive pumping. I think people are pretty over it. Get out while you can. IF you can sell your shares to some one. Anyone willing to buy them before it freezes whats left of your useless investment and take it to Zero. The next Hault wont be a good one. I can feel it in my bones. Its coming
