It seems pretty public to me. The why it wasn't picked up by SH is a different question, but if we're talking about it logic would dictate it is public and not a state secret?

Again... - the news release regarding both Germany and Japan are not even posted on the NU website! Scotia only has the Japan order and not Germany. Is that deliberate or incompetence?

What a joke. website last news release is Feb3/22 an update. Then Jan28/ a US delisting. Yahoo has June 7 a Tablitz shipment to Germany. My Scotia site has only the Feb and Jan notices. SO WHERE IS THIS INFO COMING FROM???????????

Too bad Ed has his head so far up Glen's arrse that he can't think straight. So NU sends an update via email to investors about the Germany order, as likely they are probably required to, but fail to post it on their website and the Venture exchange. How is that public.. or in Ed's case I rather think he sees pubic instead.
