On what the labelling issue in Germany is about.  I hoping that is quickly resolved.  Also TABLETZ in Japan I would like more info. They must have a something in the wind or they would not have got the private placements. Looking for a  2023 growth spurt.  Remember we have excellent products just have to get them into peoples hands.

Actually this is all this company has ever been about - providing income to the CEO.  Everything else is smoke and mirros.

Maybe?, but that would be a pretty sh#tty scam. If that were the case it would have made more sense to do a raise anywhere north of $0.20 sometime after the initial order news and/or have included more shares in raises rather than the bare minimum needws (not to mention doing raises below market rather than at or above them?). Remind me never to hatch a scam with you lol

I'll see if I can connect with yusuf (big time differences) to confirm but my understanding is it's literally just the labelling (read the product itself is still approved just something was off on labelling). My understanding is that they presented a work around and are just awaiting approval from govt. I did remember asking what would be worst case and he mentioned new packaging would be
