been 7 mths since last Financials. When are they due?

Wrong. Lasts fins reported Nov 29. Audited fins. deadline is May 01. March qtr deadline is May 30.

"Hoodwinked"  seems like a good descriptive word for these types that abandon their responsibility to their shareholders. Sadly the stockmarket is rife with this type of scenario. Are they just bad at business or do they intend to tank these companies deliberately. It probably explains why they reward themselves so generously with renumeration of wages, incentives, free or cheap ...more
