NEUTRISCI PROVIDES UPDATE TO PRODUCT ARRANGEMENT WITH GAIA GROW CORP

 

Vancouver, British Columbia – May 11, 2023 – NeutriSci International Inc. (“NeutriSci” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NU, OTC PINK: NRXCF, FRANKFURT: 1N9), an innovative technology company developing products for the nutraceutical industry, announces that further to its press release dated February 22, 2023 relating to the development of a line of products for the Canadian market with Gaia Grow Corp. (“Gaia”), it has made the decision not to proceed with the partnership at this time.

 

Glen Rehman, CEO of NeutriSci, said, “We remain optimistic at the prospects of developing unique and effective products for the Canadian marketplace, and are continuing to work with prospective partners with a view to launching new and innovative nutraceutical products in the Canadian market.”

Yeah it sucks but probably for the best. The other company wasn't doing anything and had yet to submit any products for approval by the spring deadline . They also have a CTO in place .

Well that is BS, NU had done a small share offering specifically for the Gaia deal and it is now dead just several months into the arrangement? How can you just dismiss this as just a oh well its for the better?
