North sea energy made the biggest gain of the smallcap tsx 129% good news about drilling contract new oilpatch exploration budget and any new prospcect since BGG-Shell merger ? What is the new price target ?

Shell merger could spark more sell-off prospects morever in Morocco with Chariol oil and gas offshore drilling next summer.
