What I got out of the webinar is that Mark O'Dea is honest and a straightshooter. His comment about bankers talking about 'synergies' in mergers to make a deal is bang on. You can tell by what he says he is trustworthy. I like him. I know Dave Moore does what is best for the shareholders. So I am all in for this change.
