Reverse Split

Reverse SplitReverse split coming down the tube soon but needs to be approved by vote. 1:20 split proposed. I know there is the same old song and dance about reducing the number of outstanding shares and inflating the stock price over $1.00 to allow institutional investors to consider stock but I have never been through a reverse split where it has benefitted me as a shareholder.
