Why is this the first we hear of Severance ?

Did we know about the severance package for the brothers ??? 

Im shocked, I knew they had 40 million shares, but they in fact get a severance ( yearly salary) paid by the shareholders? 

Is this a bad joke ? Our Share value is doen 90% in 4 years and the D bros get a yearly $$$$ from us ?
