Do we Retest 17 cents ?

Looks like we are heading that way. 

Any predictions ? 

I thought 36 cents would be the floor but we crashed through that and next support is 17 cents.

Dick1212. 2 weeks ago you said you were buying to average down. This week you said if the price goes down you would be selling ( which is a confusing strategy). If it hits 17 cents, will you be buying or selling?
