Go back to the May 2020 NR that outlined the parameters of their planned share disposition. In it three agreements were made regarding these shares At the time, the brothers had essentially been forced out and their share disposition plans was part of the settlement

Barstool  The agreement puts in Place Maximum share disposition parameters. Not Minimums.  The Brothers are under no obligation to sell shares.  The question is valid , why would anyone be selling millions of shares at this point and time so close to Official Revnue and when Qualicomm has showcased NXO oh their Chips ?  The only people who can answer that is the Bros

Remember those share were issued for IP that has not worked out yet and has been written down. This is what we have been told but was that the TRUE (remember the telescope with the pictures of the moon? and the mobile lenses design), and IF YES why Paul as president back then did not say anything but he let the company screw up shareholders by giving them false promises and updates for which they should be probably tested and put behind bars for false statements??

That NXO had the leverage over the Daugelas is evidenced by the facts They had enough shares to exercise significant influence to effective control of NXO...but they "quietly left" under terms like giving up 8 million shares immediately ..20% of their holdings Forget Paul. He may have not known at the time... Oh and I will concede a possibility you are right about ALLIS and Snapdragon

May 2020 NR will not reveal the true intents of the brothers. And, correct me if I am wrong but somehow these two are selling more than 25k shares/day. Further to add, the company was in no position to "force" the brothers to sell their shares. Can you imagine the company forcing me to sell my shares? Good luck, unless the price is back to $3.50. And interestingly, why we are so nice

Part of the agreement also says the brothers have no say in the company and MUST vote with The Board And I agree, they cannot force YOU to sell your shares...but it is a different case with the Daugelas. No court will set aside a commercial agreement that was properly bargained...even if it turns out to be one sided. NXO could very well have had the ammunition given
