Quebec sorry to say is probably among the most racist and conservative provinces in Canada. BC Nunavut and Yukon among the least...all the Prarie provinces as well as the islands and Ontario can be fairly conservative and racist although there are fair amounts of Indigenous populace throughout as well as ethnic minority groups but BC is the hip cosmopolitan West Coast liberal vibe most accepting
