Who agrees?
Based on what I have seen in the market a one billion dollar corp. is worth $1.00 usd. A 100 million dollar corp. usd is worth a dime. But a 10 million dollar corp. that will be inevitably and with all confidence a billion dollar company within a few years can be worth as much as $5.00 usd a share. I have seen it. I actually remember NXO March of 2020 at 1.19 usd with no revenue. Of course there are many factors like the shape of the economy etc...... but I get the feeling NXO is on the way up substantially with the slightest of revenue reported.

@ Slow The Market cap is developped by the following Number of outstanding shares x price of shares = Market cap So keep that in mind Some big blue chip companies have have billions of share IE apple has 16.5 Billion shares ... NXO has a low share count ... this would mean any contracts would send the shareprice Up quickly !! Have a nice Sunday
