My gut says he wants to walk away with $100mm himself . He has 6M shares. Leave the rest of the math to you Henry.  Kind of a final feather in his cap, mic drop moment on a very successful career

Do you really thing he would under sell himself by that much.? Maybe for buy out in exchange for cash and shares and plumb job in Company doing the buy out. Best of both worlds.

My math says he is 63. Two year run at most left in him. Then do some high profile board jobs for the quarterly meetings and give back. He wrote the book on Strategy remember.  He is here for a reason, he believes in the tech. High profile people want to be associated with winners. Brought a couple superstars along for the ride in Korean team and Izaar.  Look at their resumes on the

Hence why my thoughts ( based on previous experence) get taken out a lot cheaper and earlier and those in charge get big paying jobs ,big share bonuses etc to bed down the new tech....so closer to your base price than waiting and risking time and higher price. Less risk and also protects ones newly gained wealth.

I am not sure what will come out of all of these opportunities there are a lot of pieces to the tech puxzzle lets hop ALLIS is going to win out in this part of the equation.
