Nice Due Dillegence Read for Investors

NexOptic Prototype – The New Smartphone Lens Killer?

An announcement was just made that could reshape an entire industry. It may even create a whole new market segment.

In fact, this one Company, whose stock trades in Canada and in the US, just announced that its early smartphone lens prototype is already better than one of the best in the business in terms of angular resolution.

Imagine if your smartphone was capable of taking pictures at distances far greater than what’s available today. Imagine if we could truly have a camera phone that actually took pictures like a true DSLR camera.

Thanks to this one Company, we may no longer have to imagine.

Yet, it is just the beginning of many things to come. In just a bit, I’ll tell you how to be a part of this and tell you how investors could reap the potential rewards.

Make sure you read the FULL Report below...it could change everything.

Dear Readers,

When you make the unbelievable believable, you change perception.

But when you make the unreal a reality, you change the world.

I am going to introduce you to a Company that has revolutionized the way we think.

A Company whose technology could transform entire industries and lead to the creation of a plethora of new technologies.

This is Chapter 2 of this Company’s story and it marks the beginning of an aggressive growth period for the technology.

First, let’s get started with this Company’s first commercial product. Then we’ll dig into what could potentially be the smartphone lens killer.

Meet Gadi Amit

“I believe humans are curious and always strive to discover a better, more meaningful view of our world. With (this) technology, we have the potential to transform the human experience of the outdoors and make it far more shareable, social and inclusive.”

– Gadi Amit

That’s a quote from Gadi Amit talking about the technology I am about to share with you.

Many of you may not know him, but those in Silicon Valley, and even Michelle Obama, certainly do.

That’s because he is one of the best in the business at what he does.

~ Via Fortune:

“Gadi Amit has the bearing of an artist, but his salt-and-pepper beard, denim button-down shirt, slim-fit gray slacks, and work-boot-inspired footwear all recall the uniform of a manufacturer – with a little Bay Area flair, of course.

On his wrist is a Fitbit, the trendy piece of wearable tech that combines a pedometer, altimeter, and sleep-tracker. Amit says the device has an intuitive user interface, a good fit for a wearer’s body, and, above all, functionality.

He should know. He designed it.”

Gadi Amit is the designer mastermind behind of one of the fastest growing and best-selling wearable techs of our time, Fitbit (NYSE: FIT).

When the founders of Fitbit approached Gadi to design their first product in 2007, it was literally a circuit board in a box. With Gadi’s help, they transformed their circuit box into something beautiful – a wearable device that would go on to become one of the best selling wearable devices on the planet.

The popularity of their design and function made Fitbit the market leader in wearable devices.

But what made Fitbit such a success?

The Answer Lies in Design

Design is more integral to businesses than ever before.

In fact, many of the companies acquired by big names like Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, and Adobe, were founded by designers.

Even many of the names you know – Pintrest, Flickr, Youtube, Kickstarter, Airbnb – had designer founders and co-founders.

And Apple certainly wouldn’t be Apple today had it not been for Steve Job’s insane focus on product design.

Fitbit is no different.

According to Bloomberg, “Fitbit counts on design to set it apart from other trackers.”

In other words, a large part of Fitbit’s success lies in the design prowess of Gadi Amit.

But Fitbit is just one of many Gadi-designed successes.

Gadi’s firm, NewDealDesign, has designed a plethora of successful products for the biggest names in the industry.

In the early 2000s, he designed one of the fastest-selling personal digital assistants, the Palm Zire.

He’s worked with Dell on their Inspiron Notebook (and many others) and Netgear on their Platinum II router.

He’s worked with Google on phone designs and designed an entire product line for Comcast.

He’s worked with industry giants such as Intel and Microsoft.

He’s even worked on Sproutling, a baby monitor which was acquired by Mattel last year, and Scrip’s new digital cash device for the future.

So it should come as no surprise that five of NewDealDesign projects were selected for top honours in the 2016 GOOD DESIGN Awards, the world’s most prestigious, recognized, and oldest Design Awards programs.

It’s no wonder they won gold last year at the Spark Awards.

It’s no wonder Fast Company ranked NewDealDesign the #1 Most Innovative Design Company in 2016.

It’s no wonder Michelle Obama presented him with the White House’s United States National Design Award.

It’s no wonder NewDealDesign has won over 100 design awards.

In other words, when Gadi designs something, all eyes are on it.

His successes come from not only being a great designer, but being able to foresee the future of technology and then bringing it to life.

It’s why he is super selective in the projects he chooses to pursue.

And recently, we found out his firm is designing a new transformative product that he feels could transform the human experience of the outdoors.

And he’s doing it with this Company…

NexOptic Technology Corp.

(TSX Venture: NXO)

(OTC: NXOPF) (Frankfurt: E3O) (Berlin: E3O)

NexOptic is a company developing radical technologies relating to imagery and light concentration applications.

It’s core technology, the patented Blade Optics™, contains flat surfaces and aims to disrupt conventional lens and image capture-based systems.

This includes everything from telescopes to cameras and mobile devices, by creating a lens system that reduces the depth (relative to aperture size) currently required in many traditional curved lens stacks.

In Layman, NexOptic has redefined the world of physics and discovered a game-changing way of compressing the traditional curved lens stacks required for optics through the use of “flat” surfaces instead of curved, and a square aperture instead of a circle.

This technology represents a true paradigm shift in the world of optics.

Great find Damn. It's very important to see that 5 years ago the Daugela Brothers were pretty slimey.  Guess that makes NXO pretty lucky to have new management compared to when this article came out.  Hey kids the Daugela brothers started another company in case you want to still invest in this technology that Damn is promoting for them.
Comment by Damn1212 on Dec 19, 2021 10:33am
Actually zaho Was it 5 years ago or less ? Also , please tell the board who was CEO of the company when this was published ? . From what I can see it was a gent named Paul ... do you know him ? Seems its the same CEO we have right now at this very Moment. Thank you for confirming
Comment by Zahojjager on Dec 19, 2021 10:39am
Yea Damn I can confirm the article was from when Darcy and John Daugela were in charge of NXO 5 years ago. Again great find.  Darcy and John are still trying to sell this technology on their new company. If you feel like investing in them go find them in an alley somewhere around 97th Street in Edmonton.

Yes you are correct the Daugela brothers got you to buy shares at 3.50 then they crashed the stock because their technology wasn't working like they said.  You are also correct that the D brothers were shown the door and flooded the market with the shares they were given driving the stock price down even more. So you are right the D brothers were not good. I'm glad they are no ...more

Comment by WED1955 on Dec 19, 2021 10:50am
So true  The central question just keeps popping up If the technology is as good as they say it is why hasn't it showed up in contracts, deals and revenue? if the patents were so valuable and great why didn't someone buy the company when the share price was kicking around at the bottom of the bargain bin (aka .20 cents) what seems to be the delay??? what is the hold up??? Is it lack of ...more

Comment by Henryford on Dec 19, 2021 11:07am
To partner with the large companies NXO has, the proof must be in the pudding somewhere. Nothing like a juiced up Xmas Cake full of Brandy. Lets hope its top shelf stuff come Tuesday. Surely the management wouldnt hold a candle lit show three days or so before xmas without dishing out the odd present or two. Brain bloody dead if the PR team try and pull a stunt like that. But History suggests!!!
Comment by ChGuessbetuck11 on Dec 19, 2021 11:10am
Great catch WED1212. You are right that the only people trying to create urgency about revenue are short sellers. They also post subtle price manipulation by using 20 cents as an example instead of saying the stock could also be well over two dollars in early 2022.  Anybody with shares that I know are holding and they are fine holding. This drama on this board is just shorters trying to ...more

Guess article was from 2018? man what a pump piece Too bad not enough investors bought it we'd all be rich   wonder if Equedia still has their shares or they dump them?
Comment by ChGuessbetuck11 on Dec 19, 2021 10:45am
You bought it.  You come on here every day and cry because you bought at 3 dollars and you are a long suffering share holder haha. And the reason why it never took off is because the Daugelas misrepresented the technology and what they were doing. They were slimey, especially Darcy Dagula.  Watch out for him and his lazy eye
