Maybe, just maybe, Pristine invests some of its $50 capital raised into taking a position in, dear I say it, NXO.?

Henry,,,,,Pristine is a private company with no sales.....the raise of capital i see as two of them...around $30 milliom.....i could of missed some...But its still impressive...i wonder if they will JV with Nxo....best thing though for them is a show me....their invetors would not support the miss management of Nxo historically.....They would have to See Nxo as a real soluton....not a sudition ...more

Reverse take over would give Pristine a listing and A1. Be an interesting mix if Pristine were indeed showing an interest in NXOs A1 products.

I was thinking of just that Henry....it would get nxo out of the trouble they are in......?  But what is NXO really worth.....Is their another product out their alaready that can replace NXO.......But thier is no chance of Nxo getting out of the jam they are in without a takeover by someone like Pristine....But does Pristine need  Nxo...Is it just a compliment to them?

One thing they are both into big time are patients. If NXO AI is ahead of the horse and is as good as some are saying , then it could very well set up a company like Pristine. $30m is chicken sh.t if you have a use for working patiented AI which is ahead of the pack. You build to suit what AI you have ...far better than building then trying to include AI...by the time you get your AI sorted the ...more

Pristine is viewed as legit....Nxo is viewed as a joke....But the asset is not the Nxo managment.....for Pristine.....is Alis coveted enough to put up with the joke management at Nxo...Does Pristine view another option.....do they require Alis......?  I am guessing not at this stage.....lots of consquences to consider

@RS220 I agree gotta think that if Pristine or anyone was even thinking of buying NXO they would have made an offer when at .10 cents. Unless NXO management said no lol Don't think would see any unsolicited bids - not many of those happen Besides, even though at this point we would take it, purchases can be messy and take months maybe a year or more until shareholders see cash.  ...more
