Dilution is the solution

There we go, a PP.  5.6 cents for a share plus a warrant.  There is your secret source of revenue.  LOL.   Existing shareholders being diluted pretty thin.

57,250,000 shares plus equal number of warrants (I am sure to be repriced as needed, like last time).   That is 114.5M new shares.   That's on top of existing 147M shares.  And still $0 in revenue.   Amazing.

Never say never...at least everyone knows where the company sits. Seen it before where once ( if) the company starts to earm income and a couple of deals come through, and they know future deals are pending, they can reverse split the shares outstanding and stoke the fire with less shares...so long as they are doing deals and generating income the share value will rise. That can secure future fund ...more

Henry Look at the warrents 12 cents for 2 years. That means they dont expect warrents to be much higher than 12 cents in the next 24 months. Current shareholders are fxxked

Sorry meant to say They dont expect shareprice to be worth much more than 12 cents over the next 24 months. Imagine that ? We were at 1$ 3 years later we will be at 12 cents if all goes well ? We have all be royally fxxxed

Could also say that many insiders could end up with a lot of shares in the company and some cheap warrents very soon. Look at the history ...go back two years. They repaid insiders big time for putting cash up so the company could continue. Has an insider been paying the wages over the last few months.? Is it pay back time.? Are there deals in the pipe line...maybe a few months down the track? All ...more

We know the deal The warrents will be repriced to 4 cents so they can make a killing . Remember they did they exact same a few years back ... Repriced warrents then they sold em at a profit ...
Comment by Truhlik on Oct 21, 2022 6:14pm
@Damn1212.      Yes, that’s exactly what they did last time:  reprised warrant’s way down.  IR guy and few insiders made a killing off the backs of retail shareholders.
Comment by Damn1212 on Oct 21, 2022 6:32pm
@ Tru While IR was pumping on here with his fake accounts and on the FB group he was selling his shares to naive idiots like me who bought the dream. They are setting up to do it again ! 9 cents Friday am They just dumped 50% dillution on the stock so Monday am we should be at 4.5 cents ... What a Joke. Worst part is people are still here saying ...I hope .... i think maybe they can ...ect Sad sad ...more

@damn I know what you mean.  NXO has always been good at creating hype.  It’s in delivering results that they fail.   Sorry you got stuck holding.   A share plus a warrant can be bought together for just 5.6 cents now.  The NR came 45 minutes before market close.  It will be interesting to see how the market reacts come Monday morning.
Comment by WED1955 on Oct 21, 2022 6:06pm
Let's hope they are close and have only a little further....let's hope they're almost there and needed a little more. Let's hope it's soon. Fingers crossed.

Sorry Wed Open Monday will be a blood bath Huge dilution.
Comment by Topper00 on Oct 21, 2022 7:30pm
@Damn1212 You think Monday is going to be a dip due to dilution? If it does probably won't last long
Comment by WED1955 on Oct 21, 2022 10:14pm
Yeah D1212 Might be best to not look at the ticker for a while.
Comment by Truhlik on Oct 21, 2022 6:10pm
@Henryford Yes, that is the hope, the dream, the fantasy.  What if, what only if NXO makes revenue.  That is the hype perpetuated for 5+ years now.  The reality is that the only thing Nexoptic ever, in its entire existence, managed to sell was its own shares.  Sad, but that’s a fact.   Today is another example.  Did we get an announcement of a sales or some $ contract ...more
