This is not a bought deal.....otherwise its dilution big time ...if they sell it....now if it gets fully subscribed that would tell you maybe their actually are some sales coming....but we dont know who the underwriter is....he is saying they are offering.....but will you see a rush to buy the offering??? I am curious how this opens up.....its a lot of shares 30% under current stock price......will be interesting tomorrow.....I suppose Cash will buy 5 million lol lol
