moe has stated that he is in regular contact with Joel (unlike the rest of us). Maybe he could phone IR and ask him what the heck is going on with NXO. moe has all the answers, just ask him.

I seriously doubt anyone has any info on what is going on, I also doubt anyone has had any communications with IR or anyone from the company.  What are the guys on the facebook group saying ?  Sadly this seems to be the last chapter in a horrible story for most of us. I hope im Wrong but the situation is past critical.   Time to move on guys.  Fighting against

My guess, only a guess, is Nxo will drag this out as long as they possibly can. That's been happening for some time anyway. If they still have someone on staff willing to work for peanuts or free they may very well be able to file Q2. Maybe even Q3. But zombie companies don't typically get pass audited financials. Auditors won't work for free and they won't issue an opinion, good

Someone must own some shares other than me MOE . Not everybody sold shares. Some have averages in the 50 cts-1$ range.  Theres 183 M shares in the float lots of people are holding the bag.  Most people that post here own shares.  BTW I never bashed , I posted on the company and its situation in truthfull manner  To say a company can not survive on 0$ in sales is just the
