Ironically- I was just about to post NXO hasn't filed any financials  since last June. Guess things finally caught up with them. Do we survive this?

Can we survive this? Nope, it's over, done. One thing I can take away from this is never ever gamble on penny stocks. Thank goodness for NASDAQ MFs.

When it's a halt because of lack of filing it is usually mentioned in the reason for the halt.  THRM had that problem too, but unhaltes once papers were filed.   This halt didn't provide much info.  Going to watch and see what's up.

Logical that it is about late filings and perhaps inability to file due to lack of funds....dunno. But this is what I was saying May 1 or so to Wed......now we await an aria from the fat lady's lips.

FIT was just halted for the same reason ....but no mention other than the CTO was at the initiative of regulators. Both late with filings...only difference is FIT went out at half a cent. NXO is at 2 cents. Yes both can remedy their filing situation and have the CTO listed once they are in compliance again. That takes $ and time......they need both and SHs also need hope that neither runs out on
