My experience would be no, sorry. A lot of baggage here. But I hope this one is the exception. I'd say best case is someone completely new wants to keep it for the shell and the tax losses. The tax losses aren't much because the writeoff was after a write up, so it's not much of a tax event.  But you never know. Someone might want the legal shell for a lithium property or whatever

Weird they would release news on new auditor and just shut down after.  Maybe they didnt have the funds to pay .  who knows.

My only thoughts are with all this hiring maybe someone just did not do the financials and left it for the next person and maybe now it's a bunch of messy paperwork in progress of clean up.  That's my hope now with all these new hires they must have known the mess they are getting into after everything but have a future outlook with the right team.
