Since we have nothing better to do !

Should we start a convo on what we think happens from here ?

LOL

We should....just don't know what to say anymore. As per usual, NXO does just enough to give you a glimmer of hope then disappears.  Im at a loss. We're invested though - have to keep looking forward. See if they are actually gonna do something?  Don't know. Think the best thing at this point is to be somewhat realistic - not get too attached to the outcome and not ...more

@ Wed  I think they will Do a reverse split ... then a PP at 30% of the stock price...  One thing is for sure is that Shareholders will be wiped out.
Comment by WED1955 on Jul 05, 2024 10:39am
Yeah. I hear ya. Tough one to swallow after all everyone has been through. Not Ideal. Better than nothing I guess. As long as the diluted SP actually goes up afterward lol.
Comment by Damn1212 on Jul 05, 2024 10:47am
well i dont know what your average buy in is ?  Lets say we are at 2 cents now  they will rollback 10-1 ? or 40-1 ?  lets say 10 - 1   so 20 cents per share  they will do a PP at maybe 6 cents per share  and dilute 100-200%  20 cents will then collapse to maybe 8 cents ?  so anyone who has bought the stock in previous 3 years will be slaughtered ...more
Comment by WED1955 on Jul 05, 2024 10:59am
Ouch. Like I said, let's hope SP goes up substantially after- take some of the sting out of it.
Comment by Damn1212 on Jul 05, 2024 11:06am
@ Wed  Im by no means saying this is certain ... its my guess based on what they have done in the past with numbers that are close to what my average cost is .   but that being said ... not sure what your buy in is ...  but at 1% post Split and Finance ... even if it pops 100% it will leave us at 2% ....  a 300% pop would leave us at 4% of original Holding ...  ...more

For sure. Absolutely.  At any rate... A 1000%?  From these guys lol?? Not sure we have to worry lol.
Comment by Damn1212 on Jul 05, 2024 11:24am
I remember  in the old days !  It would run like crazy !  1 day 120%  next day 95%  thrird day 70%  a 600% move in 3 days ... LOL
Comment by Papagiorgio11 on Jul 05, 2024 11:29am
Explain to us why nxo would do a reverse split?  Only positive benefits of reverse split is if a company plans to uplist and needs the share price higher, because they couldn't do it organically! Reverse split wouldnt make sense at this price!  Stock price doesn't go down because of a split, it goes down because clueless people sell! Marketcap valuation stays the same when a r/s ...more
Comment by Damn1212 on Jul 05, 2024 11:34am
@ papa  because the stock is at 2 pennies and soon to be at 1 or 0 .5 ...it doesnt look good.  Dont think it will happen ?  look at Pauls other companies !  He usually does it at around the 200M share mark ...  DeepMarkit Announces Proposed Share Consolidation, Resignation of Director, and Change of Auditor TheNewsWire May 12, 2023 Calgary, Alberta ...more
Comment by Papagiorgio11 on Jul 05, 2024 1:55pm
Let's say you're right and nxo does a r/s, does the value of your stock change because of a r/s? No is the answer!! The share structure decreases and the stock price goes up, meaning that the value stays the same even know the structure changed! Investors selling because of fear of not understanding a r/s is why a stock decreases!!
Comment by Damn1212 on Jul 05, 2024 1:59pm
Wrong again  The price decreases because of the Dillution .  I also would say the reverse split is a bad sign and people usually see this as a negative .  The death spiral as they say !
Comment by Papagiorgio11 on Jul 05, 2024 2:26pm
We were talking about a r/s and if it changes the value, right?  Now you're saying yes it does because of dilution, which is a separate thing! Dilution and a r/s are two different things and you're assuming that both of these things are going to happen, right? Do you have inside information that no other shareholder has access too, or is this just fear mongering?
Comment by Damn1212 on Jul 05, 2024 2:49pm
Please reread my post  The penny stocks usually do a Reverse split and then a PP.  They usually come together.  You can believe in unicorns and Santa Clause all you want my friend. if that makes you happy then im all for it.  If you want to live in reality then take a look at Pauls other companies and see how he does it.  Its not secret ! Its there for all to see ...more
Comment by Papagiorgio11 on Jul 05, 2024 3:05pm
So if we if we're going to live in reality like you're saying, maybe we should stop with the "they usually"  come together!  Your assuming what's going to happen! Maybe it will happen, but the only proof you're presenting is that paul did it before, so he has to do it again! My question is, why is nxo's largest investor not selling when you have all this ...more

We can see what paul has done multiple times and it is a good indicator of what the future could hold.  Dont make this about Me because it isnt about me.  The Why did NXO do this and do that should be addressed to the company.  In the End NXO is down 99.5% and had delivered losses to shareholders. That we do know for Sure !
Comment by Papagiorgio11 on Jul 05, 2024 4:14pm
You're the character that pushing the gloomy forecast for nxo, while "claiming" to be an investor of nxo,  so yes this is about your actions not adding up!!! Nobody goes over and beyond to only post negative about their investment and not find a balance of good and bad! Alright jammer, now you can respond with they spent 90 million of investors money, the stock is down 99% and ...more

Its 99.5 % down and over 91 million $ in shareholder capital decimated if you want to be accurate. Do you get mad at the tv when they report a rain storm ?  Just wondering ?  Dont blame me for NXO being in this mess, they failed not me or any other shareholders.
Comment by Papagiorgio11 on Jul 05, 2024 5:44pm
It's funny you say that, because you remind me of a weatherman that claims a rain storm and instead its a beautiful sunny day!   the answer is yes, I do get mad at the weatherman, because just like you, he's just guessing!
Comment by Damn1212 on Jul 05, 2024 8:10pm
Is 99.5% down a sunny day ?  Is over 91 million $ in shareholder deficiency a sunny day ?  Is 0$ in sales a sunny day ? Is 10 weeks halted a sunny day ? I mean theres no guessing about all the above.  These are facts.
Comment by BarstoolSage on Jul 05, 2024 8:24pm
Just a clarification on the weeks issue You count 9 weeks plus a day as ten weeks.  Others say you don't have ten weeks until they are fully completed. It's like yes, we live in 2024, but the 21st Century You are welcome
Comment by Papagiorgio11 on Jul 05, 2024 8:53pm
This is our disconnect,  you're somewhat correct that those numbers are today's reality, but to claim thats the future reality is just hardheadedness!  99.5% down for the people that bought the very top and went for a ride all the way to the bottom, so not everyone!  91 million in debt? You say it like there's nothing to show for it! Almost half of that debt was for ...more

Did nxo make doubletake and win awards for it? Did paul say they have a stabilization issue that limiting their market so they're shelving it for now? Did nxo say doubletake is worthless? Did paul say he was raising money? Do you work at nxo or do you lend money to businesses? So then stop assuming you know what going on behind closed doors!
