Gives you a ray of hope with some stuff about finishing an audit - resuming trading - then revealing the new team soon ! (something they promised in December - 7 months ago) and then completely ghosts everyone- radio silence. No NRs - no Team- no answering of emails- nothing.

Its very simple  They have no funds to keep operating.  They have been trying to raise PP funds since last year sept-Oct-Nov ...and still have not raised any $$$.  So what have they been doing past 8 months operations wise ?  They have no Tech engineers working on the Tech. They have a few " advisors " that already hold other full time jobs who do what exactly we

@ Wed  That is what NXO does !  Burn investor money  Collpase share price  Because they deliver nothing but losses  Claim they have " Groundbreaking Tech "  Never ever deliver any revenue or sales  Keep silent and not keep investors informed  Raise Funds through PP that dilute Shareholder capital.  Remember Last PP 2.2 Million dollars

I think they are trying stay alive but they know if this starts to trade without news the share price will collapse to 0.001 cents or lower. They are probably stretching it as long as they can in order to buy time.  The fact they are not communicating with shareholders is a huge red flag.  Who knows ? We are all just guessing.  Id say with what has happenex past 8 months and

fighting to stay alive  You will say im negative but they are maybe stalling to get funding ...  They need money to stay alive.  simple as that ... doesnt mean they have any deals or contracts.  They dont even have engineers working for them now ...  But . So true. I just hope that if they somehow do get more money - they have a more sound approach so they don't flush it all down the toilet yet again.  Wish if there is something there- they get it in the hands of someone who knows what the heck they are doing for once.

Yeah  the downer is if ever they do get funds it will come at a hefty price.... Tbills are paying 4.5% interest right now at 0% risk  so anyone who would be crazy enough to invest  big funds in NXO would want the shares at a Huge discount to make it worth it ...  Only way i would see that happening is a 40-1 Reverse split  which would being the price to 80 cents

You dont want to hear the facts !  No Revenue  No Sales contracts  No money in the bank  A history of NXO failure and not delivering to shareholders  No Communication / Poor communication From management in the past A high interest rate Market which makes raising capital very challenging.  - We are all speculating while we wait in total
