Hi Bar  I probably did not express myself clearly The Chairman would not be involved in the Daily operations of the company.  He would be involved in operations at the board of director level . He would and should be still leading them but we have no evidence of this at this point or for the last few years.   As per my posts it seeems he has all but dissapeared and now only

I liked your last post more...where you explained what you meant....because everything you were saying sounded like he was more involved than simply being chairman...which is a very defined role that has everything to do with helping set direction and oversight and corporate governance.... So I expect you now agree he was not responsible for, or involved in operations but chaired BOD meetings
