So it baffles me we can't speculate, discuss, what will be included or not at this Annual General and Special Meeting. Particularly the "Special" component. Will there be a proxy battle.? Who will be on the  current board slate? Who might lead a dissenting alternative slate? All valid discussion. So why delete a post on this subject? And the light banter regarding the colour of

The feigned ignorance is weird. But for everyone other than you, NO COMPANY has EVER mailed meeting materials BEFORE the ex date. Only shareholders as of August 16th will receive material. If you cut it close, and buy OTC in the USA, don't expect it quickly. You may need to contact Computershare if you have nothing by end of August.
