Blue  Correct, I expect news today or this week concerning Share Reverse split and PP raise.  If you have good news to Post I invite you to post some because we shareholders are getting killed by NXO and their complete collapse of share price due to no revenue and no news.  in 2021 shares traded for 1$ , today they trade for 1 penny.  Is that good for shareholders ^ ?

Not sure if this is at me DD....I've been quite open about not being a current SH here...have lost $ in the past (@25K over a few ins and outs...yes I dared to crystalize my losses and redeploy my capital) and am skeptical...but here in case something positive breaks.  If it does ....I may jump back in. If it does not, well then it does not and I limited my loss.

I think the chance of them coming through this is less than the chance of closing down. There has been lottle in the way of activity...most telling is statement of cash flows...forget the balance sheet or income statement. Cash flow statement organized as cash from operations, investing activities and financing activities. Says everything about the coimpany essentially "sitting there"

I Agree  I would say 1000 - 1  in Close vs Sell a product and thrive  There seems to be a pattern with with Paul and his other companies being in the same position.  They just cant get any sales. They Reverse split to raise funds and dillute Shareholders to the ground.  At this point everyone has been burned by Paul ... Nobody will put more $$$ in his care.  Not

Yes there is no NR for the special resolution, just direct communication to the shareholder along with sufficient information to vote.
