Is this legal, keeping sh in the dark?
Comment by Damn1212 on Oct 13, 2024 6:23am
Was it legal to buy blade optics for over 40 million in shareholder $ only to say its worthless a few weeks later ?  Was it legal to say you had the greatest discovery in optics only to sell 0$ in following 7 years ?  Was it legal to pay themselves huge salaries and produce 0$ in sales ?  Was it legal to keep shareholders in the dark for 6 months with 0 updates ?  Sadly the ...more

Have to agree D12 The evidence is overwhelming- and the contrary evidence is completely underwhelming.  The only other explanation is a good dose of incompetence. But if that was the case, wouldn't we see at least some sort response, communication, etc. that NXO is feeling at least the slightest bit sheepish?? Walk things back? Weak excuses?  Other? Instead of complete and ...more

https://www.tsx.com/en/resource/2052 sorry, maybe most of you know this stuff. Found this link. No wonder NXO is having trouble resuming trading-  (assuming they're actually trying) Would have to behave like a real company for once lol.  So, I'm thinking if the entire process was indeed a con... then NXO would have extreme difficulty meeting the requirements for ...more

I always found it very very odd that paul the ceo would buy blade optics and then say it wasnt worth anything.  The pumpers her moebillect said for years the bad party was the dbrother because they were dumping everyday on the market their shares.  Lets be honest , I think all involved were in on it together and thats been my opinion for a long time.  Now fast forward to today ...more

Yup. And if any anyone with NXO tries to float a new company with new stories- should be full disclosure- who they were - and how it went down with this company just so any others  are properly informed before they invest their hard earned money - again, I'm being nieve.

@Lalo.. if this was an American company, they would be in prison (ie Theranos). However in Canada, we do things a bit differently. I fully expect Paul to receive the Order of Canada for his contribution to the Canadian tech industry. Ohhhh Canada.

To be fair all the signs were there that Paul is what he is.  Look at his other company deepmarkit  Look at his previous interviews  Look at the companies constant failures and pivots from a to b to c to d to e without ever selling anything.  Im the first to admit I should have followed my instinct that Paul is no good.  By the time I had my suspicions it was too late ...more

I was in the same boat D12. Good point too. Invest in he or she who is running the company- not just the company.

Yep  I can say that I should have acted on my instinct.  I can spot a conman a mile away  Just like that moebill charachter that still is claiming i spread fud ... LOL I have him blovked but I see you mentioned him I was obviously right all along .  Their partnerships ...which were not partnerships at all ...were nothing  Their patents were nothing and worthless  ...more

Excellent point wed. Never underestimate the power and prevalence of incompetence of some people. How else can an investor justify buying millions of shares AFTER years of no sales, crashing stock price, and no response to 1000s of abc posts, emails, tweets ? But don't ever admit it !!! Blame anyone and everyone. Just make stuff up. Just like trump. He never lost the election and DJ didn't ...more

Thanks MaxM I was indeed naive - maybe a little greedy too. Life has a way of reminding us of both. For sure good point - hope everyone indeed bounces back from this. Good luck to all.
