Private Placement

Sooo, it's been almost two months since NexFLOPtic issued  a PP in hopes of raising a million dollars to raise funds "for stuff"
How has it worked out so far? Not well, not well at all :(
The main concern is how  Grand Master Paulie M is going to get his 180K stipend this year? I for one do not know. Any suggestions?
Maybe he could get a job as a night manager at Tim Hortons. It's not going to pay 180K, but at least it's something, right?

Yeah, that's what keeps me up all night. That and the prostrate.

LOL...Did you not see their investor slide deck?. "We are raising money to pay off our creditors who will not take shares in payment of past bills."

Imagine that. Not willing to take shares in payment of past bills ! Maybe the collection agency would take shares.

If the collection agency bought the payable to convert to shares, would that be like factoring your payables? Debit payables, credit shar capital. Voila. Balance sheet cleaned up.
