Spinout

This spinout and seperation into two different companies has not worked out. Time for a dhange. I say merge back into one company. Give us Nexus Metal shareholders atleast 1 share back for each share we own. (Nexus Metals should be worth atleast the same as Nexus Gold which is trading at 1 cent). Bring back Alex as CEO, the new guy isn't working out he's only pushing private placements and deluting the stock, atleast Alex did better. Or bring in someone else. How much longer will us shareholders have to wait before something gets done. Right now it's a complete joke.
