... one small point...

Without the new funds/dilution some "investors" are moaning about, there really wouldn't be anything to talk about except the single digit stock price which is where NXX was headed with out capital injection.

Where did you get that idea? Nordex had real assets , real equity and was never anywhere close to troubles in the last decade or so. The book value was floating aroung 40 cents, was solid, and there was not even a remote possibility of it going to the receivership. The book value was actually probably a little understated as the Melba property was carried on the books at next to nothing. Same ...more

Checkmate. You got me, withoutbias. My fault indeed; there was no need to bait and for that I humbly apologize. I was a couple paragraphs into detail as to why the Nordex balance sheet and operation metrics would not have remotely supported sufficient financing to ramp up their various initiatives when the irony set in that I would be entering very area (dwelling in history) that I have chortled ...more

Agree the Nordex balance sheet at the end of 2011 would not have remotely supported sufficient financing to ramp up their various initiatives and accomplishments over the past two years. Interesting to note that before and during the All-Group financing (Jan. to June 2012) the stock price ranged between a low of $0.365 on March 14, 2012 and a high of $0.43 on May 9th, 2012. Certainly not in the $0 ...more

Again, you show how shallow you are in your research. Look at the charts. As a matter of record, after the current not trusted bunch came on the board the stock traded as low as 30.5 cents. The high with the previous board was 72c cents, and still has not been matched in the last couple of years. And this in spite of all the wonderful news. the stock should be flying, and it has been dead money ...more

Actually the lowest the stock traded at in recent years was $0.315 on September 11, 2011 under the old Board. The highest it has traded at in recent years was $0.70 on November 23, 2012 under the new Board. Again, you have totally distorted the facts. Your intent and motivation is pretty transparent.

Don't embarass yourself. Look at 5 year chart at www.tse.com. It is as clear as it can be that the stock high in 20120 to 2012 was higher than in 2012 to 2014. Sometimes in the third quarter. I was watching it live when it was happening . I amy be as old as all group frts, but my memory is still perfect. Unlike Crossgrove's and his cohorts. And these were  not inflation adjusted ...more

Same on the downside. Sometimes around August 2012 (after the new clns came on) the stock hit a low. NXX was dead money for the last couple of years. Just like other stocks with allgroup involvement. MOO, AQA etc. NXX performed a little better than theses duds, by not losing most of value. So for them , in relative terms, it worked ok. But it is still non-performer.

With due respect, I will continue to look up the facts for myself.

Why do you post lies here?????????  Look it up yourself, as I suggested, on www.tse.com  5 year chart on Nordex. It is all there, plainly visible, for anybody who is not visually impaired. Perhaps that's your problem and  you need glasses? Can't afford them? Can I help with a little donation???

Again with due respect, I will continue to look up the facts for myself. That way I can look at all the facts and not just the ones you wish to highlight for your own reasons. As stated previously your intent and motivation is very transparent. Maybe consider a new name as "withoutbias" is hardly appropriate. Should consider investing in the Koolaide being served in Sarnia as it seems to ...more

Answer the question allgroup bboy! Why did you post the lie here! You had all the time in the world to check the facts for yourself and you have not! Otherwise you would apologize for posting lies here as you have done!  Matthew 13:13 still applies to you."You don't see you don't hear you don't understand ".
