HOW I WAS GOING TO CLEAN UP NORDEX

Before the irresponsible, self entrenching massive dilution done by the current board I was preparing a public offer to all shareholders of a dollar a share.  Perhaps that was the reason stock had a brief run up, since in situations like this lleaks are possible.

I believe that would be a fair offer, at a significant premium to the market price. And from my perspective attractive as well as I am fully aware of the potential of this company if it was managed properly.

I was prepared to go with it even after the original  private placement for about 4 million shares at 45 cents was announced. I suspect even the crooked shareholders would accept my offer, as they would have an instant 100% profit.

My clean up would of course involve getting rid of the tainted board we now have, replacing Jim Taylor  (who is just accidental CEO, has never been one before) possibly even with John Kozak , if he is still available. Dead wood on Nordex payroll would have to be gone. Good Account Receivables clerk would be hired. Good inventory management system would be implemented.
No contracts with All Group of any kind would be there. There would be no Investors Relations there even if I did not succeed to take Nordex totally private. Myself and my Directors should be able to handle that themselves, at no extra cost to the shareholders.

It almost happened. It will not happen now. I could handle about 12 million dollars of financing required at the time to execute my plans, with roughly 11 million shares outstanding. Now it will not happen. The All Group patsies on the Board  decided to increase private placemen (for no apparent reason) so now we have over 20 million shares to deal with. A little too much for me.

If someone else came up with a higher offer we would have Nordex in play. The stock would be trading over a dollar now or everyone would get their dollar.

Even lossegoose should be able to understand that the current board cost him money!

So you were involved in insider discussions and you are friends with the former Board members. It is logical to assume that it is those individuals who you were having discussions with and it might be interesting to look at the trading activity accordingly. At least now the rest of us understand why you are so bitter.

You are nuts again. I was not involved in insider discussions with anybody. I kept it a total secret, even from my family and closest friends.  You are posting another lie here. Again! Why?  All of that with a bit of any evidence. Of course, I had to consult outside experts (legal and regulatory, in particular) to make sure that my public offer to all the shareholders was compliant with ...more
