This agreement in principle has a very good look about it from what I have seen so far. The PGC has been in the constrution business for years. The person at the helm Dale Bekar actually trained as an explosives handler. PGC's business was $100,000,000 in 2011 according to an article in trade talk. This could work out very, very well for Nordex. I am thinking that Fabrice Taylor will re-issue a recommendation in the near future. We are all waiting Nordex' Q2 interim report. It is anticipated in about 10 days hopefully less with the new CFO in place.

Once initiated, watch Nordex's share price go boom as there is a lot of very good mining and tunneling in B.C.

I expected a little uptick in the sp given the quality of the jv partner.  I guess everyone is just tired of limping along and now need to see actual results to lift the sp. Hopefully we will see meaningful earnings along with ramped up sales.

makemoney4 - You make a good point regarding the lack of backbone of the insiders. I guess they didn't drink their own coolaid. I will hang around for a quarter or two to see if there is any oxygen in this name. My sense is that there could be and that the wait just might be worth it - finally.
