Who is Fabrice?

I am new here. Am looking at this play for a couple of reasons: niche situation, competitively nearly oligopoly situation, with high barriers of entry and attractive products. On the negative side  weak board of directors, not particularly bright CEO, lousy IR contractor. Negatives can be turned into positives if we shake the  tree a little, change the board, bring professional CEO, get rid of IR company.

Who is Fabrice? Why would anyone care what his opinion is?

Welcome aboard. Tobeornottobe. Fabrice Taylor has an investment letter that is distributed to about 3000 subscribers last I heard. Taylor put together private financing for NXX a couple years back which is the reason I am in the stock.
