Market Cap

This company is now trading way below book which is not new news. To set the record straight with this board, I reversed my position yesterday and bought back some of my sold position.

I don't know about the "book value" you're seeing Ab.  Two of the larger explosives companies did a due diligence and backed right away without an offer.  Are you calculating in the debt when you do the book value?

Book Value is staight forward. It is the amount of equity in the company after all liabilities or debt obligations have been taken into account and presently sits at $8,909,477. When you divide by this amount by the number of shares you arrive at $0.436.  The stock is trading at a huge discount to its book value. Consider for one moment that mobile equipment alone was valued at $3,340,681 ...more

Would you go into a wee bit more detail on what you are saying in your post. Specifically about the "two of the larger explosives companies did a due diligence and backed away without an offer."  I have heard that several larger explosives companies have looked at Nordex. I even heard the rumor that an offer of about a $1.00 for each $1.00 of sales was contemplated. Today it would ...more
