Ok, just read further into this and see a second transaction for $0.15/share. The second transaction that is the subject of the Binding Letter is a going private transaction (the "Going Private Transaction"). I doubt there will be a competing offer as all the major players in the company are onboard and there is a substantial break fee of $500k - payable by Nordex. $0.12/share is for the financing, the going private part of transaction is at $0.15/share. Anything is possible though.  Am seller at $0.14/share.

As you said....'anything is possible'!  Seems the $500k is not a concern....will EPC up the offer above the $0.20/share??
