I'm guessing Samara are anticipating getting a higher price buyout rather than taking over Nordex as an operation.
Further, I'm guessing EPC and BME see the purchase of Nordex as a cheap way into the Canadian market for their products as Nordex has nothing to offer but debt and an inventory of useless detonators and Buttbusters.

Can you imagine I was happy to get $0.06 a share only a few short months ago?  Win some!  Lose some!

I suspect they may be interested in actually operating it. They are a smart aggressive bunch , can handle bullies and crooks in the corporate word (see what they did with Selwyn). Sorry you did sell out so cheap. I was lucky to be able to acquire 250K (the maximum my daughter would allow me) at 14 cents after the EPC offer at 15 which guaranteed there was no downside. feel sorry for the guy who ...more
