Unlikely as the deal closed in April we are just find out now. Pretty pathetic price.   The price of $13.5 million probably means their entire book was just over $675 million which is peanuts.  I have a friend in Montreal who has a personal book bigger than that. I think Nuttall was selling today because one of his bosses looked at his portfolio(s) and saw he was too overweighted
