A question on Cashflow Statement in Financials

On cashflow it shows $110 M (net of issuing cost) for equity raise.  How do I bridge this to the $150 M in press release as to size of equity raise?

If I understand correctly, the $110m refers to the subscription receipts. The first tranche was disclosed on April 26: A total of 38,713,636 subscription receipts of the Company (the "Subscription Receipts") have been issued at a price of $2.75 (the "Offering Price") per Subscription Receipt, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $106.5 million.
