Big Bonus

How can Matt Davey justify giving himself a bonus of $662,562 on top of his $596,306 salary. When he is the only one making any money in this company. Until he can give us better quarters he should be cutting back on his bonus.

I agree, considering he took the share price down from $5 to $1, hard to imagine he earned a bonus. Shouldn't a bonus be based on performance that is over and above? Reminds me of the GM execs who were getting paid big $ before shareholders lost everything - the BOD decides his compensation; maybe time to send them an email to explain.   With that said looking for some positive results

I think he misunderstood what "reduce expenses" means.  Doing all the right things other than the expenses part is the common frustrating howl you hear in the corner.
